Oh my gosh, Heidi was so excellent in everything she did. If she said it I believed it because she was/is so true to her word.

When she negotiated the price for our new home she saved us a lot of money which we needed to make repairs on the kitchen.

If Heidi retires and I have to move again I'll drag her out of retirement to handle my situation! We were so appreciative of all the hard work she put into our lives. She ALWAYS had an encouraging spirit and a smile every single time we talked.
